Hey, peeps!!! How u guys doing?
Finally i have done my Neighbour Programme project. Its fun and amazing. I get to know a bunch of deep passion friends who love art and design. Its is really great to work with people who have the same goal and passion as u. We talk about art, personal view, share about our work (lotz more). Lets talk and share some of the interesting part with u guys.

Basically this project is about 3 diff cultural background of art students from Southern East Asia, work across the border to carry out a project call Neighbour Programme, where 3 from Msia, 3 from Singapore and 3 from Thailand work under a same title given "Provision Store". So, the purpose of this project is to recall back the memory and childhood time of provision store as it obviously started to replace by 7-11 nowadays.

This is the process where 3 of us from Msia base student incharge for the exhibition promotion design, poster design, tshirt and so on. We came out a theme for this Provision Store project name ''Same Same but Different''. We work almost everyday to rush all the things out especially wikkee (orange in shirt) coz he jz graduated and he is free, hahahah

This project has spent about 3 months++, (went to BKK during the past December for the kick start of this project) after that, we started our discussion of this project thru Skype, Email and Facebook to do our brainstorming, concept, ideation, and so fault. It been a really difficult task for us to do the communication thru the Social Networking where 3 of us (my group member, 1 is from Thai 'Viie' and 1 from Singapore 'Angel') has diff visual imagination and so on. It is always easier to talk face to face, lol, indeed
So, last Monday Thai student from University of King Mongkut reached Msia and they went to our skol Dasein Academy of Art to have some tour visit. We'd our long time meet up at the meeting room and then off to our dinner at Chinese restaurant.

At the second day, we went to Corus hotel to pick them up and have some breakfast at my skol. Viie keep nagging me and said, "Teddy, I love ur skol white coffee." Lol, 1st time drink then fall in love, I think she will KO for the following days and im pretty sure that she will keep drinking (and hell yea, she drink every single day, didnt miss it, hahaha). Started our day with hell discussion, reconstruct and reconfirm all the idea, concept, things to do and so on. It really mind torture and tiring yet I superb enjoy.

The following day which is Wednesday, after we pick them up, we then went for sight seeing at Petaling Street, Hindu temple, Buddha temple and National Islamic Museum. It is fun and great to spend time with them coz i always found something new and interesting to see at, where u wont realize it probably because we are too indulge in our country and we cant SEE it clearly. During this sight seeing, has discover alot of things and we are so happy-go-lucky all the time, rofl. Especially i felt so grateful and inspiring when I talk to Kentaro, japan base artist and also University King Mongkut (Thai) director of course. He is cool, awesome one.

Had our late discussion after the dinner and slept over their place (we did it about everyday, work 24/7, and u cant imagine how mind exhaust I am but not body, soul flying in and out, extremely K.O in that week, we keep think, do and plan and not tat easy as u think, aha) ** and not forget to chill and drink in the room, lol, they are drinker, hahaha

The fourth and the fifth day , Singapore Laselle college of the art reached Msia and we started to work on 3, figure out our arrangement, stick, draw, wrote and scribble our work on the wall. Is fun to do so, as we had a huge wall to do our 'painting' on. And im the first one who do so in my skol gallery, lol!!! New achievement, hahaha. Some argument we had yet it is to improve the whole work, so no hard feeling and etc, cool.

and you know what, my car broke down on that day, my tyre puncture bacoz of a effing nail, and it was about 1 am!!!! fxck, luckily there is alot of gentlemen with me until the middle of night only im safe to blogging here right now,lol, if not, i really cant imagine how can i handle with it, thanks to my peeps and lecturer as well

the fifth day, everyone started to plan hard for the whole exhibition flow, with lecturer and so on as the exhibition will start on the following day, Saturday

Everyone was quite nervous as we keep checking with those equipment make sure all the set up is done and so on. Arrggh, and u know wat!!! im the host for that day, my very first time and i dont know how to TALK, just too nervous, luckily all the things goes well at last, phew == (not as bad as i imagine, coz i still manage to spell all the word out from my mouth, lol)

and it was the last day that we spent our time v each other as Thai student will went back on Sunday. Sob,Sob

Having our underground talk in the hotel after dinner, sharing and exchanging the comment of our work, the whole process of doing this project, some funny little things, etc, it is really happy and great to have this session as we have a more in-depth and understanding towards each other and so on. Things going smoothly and happily ever after, =)
Its last day, Sunday!!! Having our quick breakfast opposite corus hotel, roti canai!!! We end our day with our last group photo infront of the hotel, hahaha!!! I do love and cherish it alot as it is our most memorable photo and unforgettable one within this week. I miss em so much!!!

I really miss them alot after i blog this, how u guys been there and make sure that u guys are doing great and take care yea. I personally felt that this project is the most wonderful and excited one throughout the entire work i had done before. As i had bunch of deep passion peeps along with me, talking and sharing the same thing in one goal. All these, couldnt spell in word unless u did experience urself. It is so amazing. I really learn alot no matter in thinking or way of doing things. I really appreciate that skol chosen me to be part of this and I am lucky to be one of them, love u guys!!! See u in the coming backpack trip on May.
